3 day surf lessons / Location : Punta de Mita and Sayulita
Day 1:
Lesson 90 minutes / board and transportation included.
Surf lesson includes theory on land for 30 minutes / followed by 60 minutes in the water.
-Ocean knowledge : recognize different breaks, rip currents, terminology.
-Surf etiquette & handling of board
-board positioning
-Stand up technique
-Safety
-Controlled wipeouts
Day 2:
90 minutes in the ocean / location : Sayulita
-reinforcement of technique learned during day 1
-steps to reading waves and catching your own wave
-perfecting stance
-paddling technique
Day 3:
4 hrs in ocean :2 hr surf lesson & 2 hr practice / location: Punta de Mita (white sand beach with soft waves) / transportation provided : 20 minute drive
-surf etiquette in new break and with new conditions
-safety
-practicing catching own wave with instructor at your side
Celebrate by eating at a local restaurant with traditional hand made tortillas and home made sauces!
