Please e-mail us with the dates and program option for which you would like to enroll by e-mail ( ex. i would like to take surfing/yoga classes from Dec 6 - 13, is there an opening for these dates?). We will confirm the availablity for your chosen dates by e-mail. (Make sure your dates correspond to our 7 nights requirement ( special arrangements can be made for a shorter or longer stay)
Once we have confirmed an opening for your desired dates and you are ready to enroll for our school and make a deposit, fill out the registration directions given below to enroll.
All dates include travel dates: The first date will be your arrival date and the second date must be your departure date.
Students will be sent arrival and check-in directions via e-mail one week prior to start of session.
Please follow the following steps in order to register, once we have confirmed an opening for your desired dates.
1. Fill out the Registration formbelow and submit the form back to us.
2. Read the Travel & Flight Information and School Policy.
3. Read the Participation Agreement, Release & Assumption of Risk.
4. Then print the "School Release Form", sign it and fax it to us. By signing the form you are confirming that you have read and understand the Cancellation Policy AND have also read and agree to the Participant Agreement, Release, and Assumption of Risk form and agree to the terms therein. 5. Payment can be made using a major credit card, debit card or bank transfer using Paypal. At the time of registration a 50% deposit for the tuition will be expected and this deposit is not refundable, or students may choose to pay total tuition during registration. If only a deposit has been paid, upon arrival to Sayulita and at check-in time, guests will pay the remaining payment in cash. Cancellation Policy.

TRAVEL & FLIGHT INFORMATION:
Please book your flights to arrive the night before first school day and to depart on the last posted school date to and from Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Be sure to fill out your flight information above to help us schedule your pick-up from the airport. Final booking of your flight is necessary before registration. You must bring your valid passport or a notarized copy of your birth certificate and a government picture ID to enter Mexico and return. All guests are responsible for proof of citizenship documents. Note: Your ID must have at least six months remaining before expiration to be valid. Minors require special written documentation to leave the country.

Prices do not include airfare.
Private and shared rooms are available on a first come, first served basis, therefore earlier bookings offer a better choice of rooms. Of course, stowaway roommates are not permitted.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Sayulita Surf and Spanish School Surf is committed to providing you with a lasting experience and we guarantee the quality of our service. At the time of registration a 50% deposit will be expected and this deposit is not refundable, or students may choose to pay total tuition during registration. If only a deposit has been paid, upon arrival to Sayulita and at check-in time, guests will pay the remaining payment in cash, or travelers checks. We will not proceed with check-in of guests without full payment. There is no refund for arriving late or leaving our school early. If you must cancel your reservation, your cancellation fee will be as such: Your balance will be applied to another trip within two months of the start of your cancellation. Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather or personal emergencies. If our school must cancel a trip, all payments received to date will be refunded, which constitutes full settlement. The school is not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled trips, such as airline tickets, or for costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellation or illness. Guests who fail to provide personal information and signed Participant Agreement, Release, and Assumption of Risks form prior to their departure will not be allowed to join check-in. Furthermore, the above cancellation policy will apply.
PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT, RELEASE and ASSUMPTION OF RISK
SAYULITA SURF & SPANISH SCHOOL
In consideration of the services of Sayulita Surf and Spanish School, their agents, owners, officers, volunteers, participants, employees, and all other persons or entities acting in any capacity on their behalf (hereinafter collectively referred to as), I hereby agree to release, indemnify, and discharge Sayulita Surf and Spanish School, on behalf of myself, my children, my parents, my heirs, assigns, personal representative and estate as follows:
1. I acknowledge that surfing entails known and unanticipated risks, which could result in physical or emotional injury, paralysis, death, or damage to myself, to property, or to third parties. I understand that such risks simply cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the activity. The risks include, among other things: Being hit by the board, other surfers or their boards which could result in cuts, bruises, abrasions, or concussions; hitting the bottom of the ocean; sprains, strains, broken bones, paralysis, even death; exhaustion, dehydration, sunburn; exposure to poisonous and/or carnivorous sea creatures; and accidental drowning. Furthermore, Sayulita Surf and Spanish School instructors have difficult jobs to perform. They seek safety, but they are not infallible. They might be unaware of a participant's fitness or abilities. They might misjudge the weather, the elements, or the terrain. They may give inadequate warnings or instructions, and the equipment being used might malfunction.
2. I expressly agree and promise to accept and assume all of the risks existing in this activity. My participation in this activity is purely voluntary, and I elect to participate in spite of the risks. I understand, that should I become disruptive to the program, rude or abusive to staff or guests, create discomfort for other guests, or disregard safety standards, I will be asked to leave without compensation. Sayulita Surf and Spanish School reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
3. I hereby voluntarily release, forever discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sayulita Surf and Spanish School from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action, which are in any way connected with my participation in this activity or my use of Sayulita Surf and Spanish School equipment or facilities, including any such claims which allege negligent acts or omissions of Sayulita Surf and Spanish School.
4. Should Sayulita Surf and Spanish School or anyone acting on their behalf, be required to incur attorney's fees and costs to enforce this agreement,I agree to indemnify and hold them harmless for all such fees and costs.
5. I certify that I have adequate insurance to cover any injury or damage I may cause or suffer while participating, or else I agree to bear the costs of such injury or damage myself. I further certify that I am willing to assume the risk of any medical or physical condition I may have.
6. I understand that weather, water, and surf conditions are beyond the control of Sayulita Surf and Spanish School and its agents. Other natural elements such as reptiles, rodents, insects, and micro-organisms such as bacteria and viruses are also an inherent risk on a Sayulita Surf and Spanish School trip and are not grounds for a refund.
7. I understand that from time to time, photographers may take photos of guests for use in promotional materials such as web sites, advertisements, catalogues, and magazine editorial. I do not expect any compensation for such use. If I do not want my photograph taken I will inform a representative of Sayulita Surf and Spanish School.
By signing the Participant Agreement, Release and Assumption of Risk document, I acknowledge that if anyone is hurt or property is damaged during my participation in this activity, I may be found by a court of law to have waived my right to maintain a lawsuit against Sayulita Surf and Spanish School on the basis of any claim from which I have released them herein. I have had sufficient opportunity to read this entire document. I have read and understood it, and I agree to be bound by its terms. I also acknowledge that I have read and understand the above Cancellation Policy.
